Please stop posting pics and videos of the vomit in your buckets on your Instagram and YouTube channels..
Recently a client of mine told me how social media is flooded with practitioners and individuals posting up pics of vomit post medicine cleanse. Ugh, social media makes me want to vomit, I digress.
I strongly suggest you STOP posting pics and videos of the vomit in your buckets.
It’s important to innerstand that there is a play of dark and light in this Realm and within each of us. When we clear energetically whether through The Frog, breathwork, movement or whatever, the release carries the weight and attachment of such darkness. So when “sharing” images or videos of the purge/cleanse on socials or wherever, you transmit the attachment to others. Ultimately it’s like an energetic transmitted disease. ETD.
Ugh.
It’s really a time for everyone, not just in the Frog community, to have a better innerstanding of energetics. It makes up for majority of our experience.
